• "Software" means the AnnxStudio application that you install and run in your own environment (on-premise).
• "Cloud Service" means the cloud-based 3D Gaussian Splatting processing service provided by the Company.
• "Basic Plan" means the free plan of the Software.
• "Paid Plans" means the Pro and Enterprise subscription plans.
• "Input" means images, videos, and other materials you upload to or process with the Service.
• "Output" means 3D models and other results generated from your Input using the Service.
• "Credits" means units used to run tasks on the Cloud Service.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

• You must be at least 14 years old to use the Service.
